REFUND POLICY

VidaLite makes Lighting come true. We create magnificent Lamps and Fixtures to bring high-end design without breaking your pocket. Our unforgettable designs turn a moment in time into a timeless experience. 

 

VidaLite Products containing any defects due to poor workmanship and/or defective materials are eligible for warranty service and/or replacement within 1 year of purchase subject to the limitations described below.

 

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. The warranty does not include items damaged due to misuse or abuse. This includes items that have been dropped.

Valid proof of purchase must be provided for warranty service to confirm where and when a product was purchased. Example: For sales on Amazon.com, the VidaLite warranty will not apply without valid proof of purchase from Amazon.com
