Accessibility at VidaLite

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Our commitment

VidaLite is committed to making vidalite.co usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build with accessibility in mind, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checklist.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

Areas we actively address:

  • Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element
  • Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users
  • Form labels paired with their inputs
  • Alt text on product images
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA thresholds for text
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer minimal animation
  • Dynamic content announcements (price changes, inventory state) via ARIA live regions
  • Logical heading structure on every template

Known limitations

We're continually improving. Some pages and components may not yet meet our standard. We are actively working on:

  • Third-party embeds we don't directly control (payment processors, certain analytics widgets)
  • Older PDF spec sheets — newer PDFs are produced with accessibility tags
  • Carousels and drawer dialogs — we're improving keyboard focus management

If something on our site isn't working for you, please reach out. Your feedback drives our priorities.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a page or feature that isn't accessible, please contact us. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Please include the URL of the page, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you're using (e.g. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, keyboard only). The more detail, the faster we can fix it.

Formal complaints

If you'd like to file a formal complaint, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 or visit ada.gov.
